Surprises are always fun. Especially when you're the one giving them. I managed to get a day off and go to a conference in Memphis, TN that I thought I was not going to be able to attend. An 11 hour road trip is just what I needed for a quick weekend get-away! We made it to morning and night services on Friday, and stayed until Sunday morning. It's always fun hanging out with people you hardly get a chance to see, and reconnect over some delicious food, good church services and fun exploring. Not to mention, the sweetest people can be found here! Until next time Memphis!
